At Roidion, we aim to deliver your order promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, tracking, and international import charges.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to postal services, customs processing, carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. United Kingdom Shipping
Standard Shipping: US$5 equivalent, displayed in the applicable checkout currency.
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days
Delivery estimates are separate from the 1–3 business day order processing period.
3. European Union Shipping
We ship to all 27 European Union member states.
Standard Shipping: US$5 equivalent, displayed in the customer's local currency where supported.
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days
Applicable import duties and import taxes may be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. United States Shipping
Standard Shipping: US$5
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

5. Other International Shipping
Roidion also ships to selected international destinations outside the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States. Availability is determined by the destination selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Import Duties and Taxes
For destinations where Roidion calculates and collects applicable import duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or customs charges at checkout, these charges will be clearly displayed before payment.
Where such charges are not collected at checkout, additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may be imposed by the destination country's authorities or carrier and may be payable by the recipient.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
If you have not received your tracking number within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@roidion.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
