1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that delays may occur due to postal service issues beyond our control.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days for standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
3. International Shipping
We ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 7–17 business days, depending on destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Import Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Roidion is not responsible for these charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your tracking number within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@roidion.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
